Prior to joining Swift Kennedy and Associates, Bill worked as a Relationship Banker at Capital One Bank, as a Sales Manager at Tri-State Outdoor Media Group and Penn Advertising, and as an Admissions Representative at the McCann School of Business. Bill’s resume has gifted him with 20+ years of Sales/Marketing management experience. This experience, along with his great listening skills and ability to problem solve, is what lead Bill to Swift Kennedy. He now works as our Agent Development Manager. Bill’s responsibilities include training all new sales representatives, overseeing the current sales staff’s prospecting activities, conducting quarterly sales training sessions, and developing incentive programs. In addition, he contacts businesses and introduces them to Swift Kennedy & Associates’ services. Outside of the office, Bill participates in competitive bodybuilding, a wellness activity he picked up on his weight loss journey! He also spends his time volunteering at various soup kitchens in his area.
